Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising displayed on our billboard is supplied by third-party advertisers or their representatives.
SL Billboards does not necessarily endorse, approve, recommend or verify the products, services, claims, opinions, offers, promotions, representations or statements made in third-party advertising material.
4. Advertiser-supplied content
Advertisers are responsible for all advertising material they submit to SL Billboards.
This includes, but is not limited to:

* videos;
* logos;
* slogans;
* written copy;
* prices;
* offers;
* claims;
* testimonials;
* contact details;
* website addresses;
* business names;
* trade marks;
* photographs;
* brand assets;
* campaign material;
* third-party content.
Advertisers must ensure that all material supplied to SL Billboards is accurate, lawful, authorised, not misleading or deceptive, and suitable for public outdoor display.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, consents, clearances and approvals before submitting material for display.
SL Billboards is not responsible for verifying the ownership, accuracy, legality, licensing, approval status or compliance of advertiser-supplied material unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Right to refuse, remove or amend advertising
SL Billboards reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, suspend, remove, amend, request changes to or decline to display any advertising material.
This may occur before or during a campaign.
SL Billboards may take this action where it considers that advertising material:
* may be unlawful;
* may be misleading or deceptive;
* may infringe third-party rights;
* may be defamatory;
* may be offensive, obscene or inappropriate;
* may cause public complaint;
* may create reputational risk;
* may breach advertising standards;
* may breach council, planning, road safety or regulatory requirements;
* may create driver distraction or safety concerns;
* may be technically unsuitable for display;
* may conflict with SL Billboards’ business interests, site approvals, landlord obligations or legal obligations.
Acceptance of advertising material by SL Billboards does not mean that SL Billboards has approved the material’s legal compliance or accepted responsibility for its content.
6. No guarantee of campaign results
SL Billboards does not guarantee any specific result from billboard advertising.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* sales;
* enquiries;
* bookings;
* leads;
* website traffic;
* foot traffic;
* brand awareness;
* social media engagement;
* return on investment;
* customer response;
* business growth;
* revenue;
* market share.
The success of an advertising campaign depends on many factors outside SL Billboards’ control, including the advertiser’s creative design, offer, industry, pricing, reputation, timing, market conditions, audience behaviour, economic conditions, seasonality, competition and follow-up process.
Any campaign examples, creative mockups, traffic references, audience estimates or marketing statements are provided as general guidance only and should not be treated as a guarantee of performance.
7. Traffic, exposure and audience estimates
Any traffic volumes, audience numbers, exposure estimates, impression estimates, reach calculations or visibility statements provided by SL Billboards are estimates only.
They may be based on third-party data, government data, public information, historical information, industry modelling, manual calculations, assumptions or other sources considered reasonably reliable.
SL Billboards does not guarantee that any specific number of vehicles, road users, pedestrians, viewers, customers or potential customers will see a particular advertisement.
Actual exposure may vary due to traffic conditions, time of day, weather, roadworks, road closures, driver behaviour, seasonal changes, special events, technical issues, campaign scheduling and other factors outside SL Billboards’ control.
8. Availability and pricing
Advertising availability, campaign dates, booking slots, display times, pricing, packages, discounts and inclusions are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in a written agreement with SL Billboards.
A website enquiry, proposal, rate card, verbal discussion, email exchange or availability statement does not guarantee that advertising space has been reserved.
Advertising space is only confirmed when SL Billboards confirms the booking in writing and any required payment, artwork, approval or contract requirements have been satisfied.
9. Website images, mockups and examples
Images, photographs, videos, renderings, mockups, concept designs, location visuals, sample advertisements and creative examples shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only.
They may not represent exact colours, brightness, resolution, visibility, scale, final display quality, viewing distance, traffic conditions, weather conditions or campaign appearance.
Digital billboard appearance may vary depending on artwork quality, file format, screen settings, brightness levels, viewing angle, weather, daylight, night conditions, camera settings and surrounding environmental conditions.
10. Digital display and technical interruptions
SL Billboards uses digital display technology and third-party systems to manage and display advertising content.
While we take reasonable steps to maintain our billboard, software, systems and display operations, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, error-free or fault-free display.
Advertising display may be interrupted, delayed, reduced, suspended or affected by matters including:

* internet or network issues;
* software faults;
* hardware faults;
* screen failure;
* maintenance;
* weather events;
* roadworks;
* accidents;
* vandalism;
* emergency services activity;
* site access restrictions;
* council requirements;
* Transport and Main Roads requirements;

* landlord or property-related issues;
* events outside our reasonable control.
Where a display interruption occurs, any remedy will be handled in accordance with the relevant advertising agreement or booking terms between SL Billboards and the advertiser.
11. Council, planning, road safety and regulatory matters
Outdoor advertising may be subject to council approvals, planning laws, local laws, development approvals, building requirements, electrical requirements, road safety standards, Transport and Main Roads requirements, landowner requirements and other regulatory controls.
SL Billboards takes reasonable steps to operate in accordance with applicable approvals and requirements.
However, regulatory requirements, council positions, road authority requirements, planning conditions, site approvals and government directions may change or affect billboard operations, display conditions, advertising content, brightness, timing, campaign availability or campaign delivery.
SL Billboards is not liable for loss, delay, cancellation, interruption, suspension or variation caused by council action, Transport and Main Roads requirements, regulatory action, government direction, approval changes, enforcement action, site restrictions, landlord issues, legal disputes or matters outside SL Billboards’ reasonable control.
12. Public display of advertising
Billboard advertising is displayed in a public environment and may be seen, photographed, recorded, shared, commented on, reposted, reported or complained about by members of the public, media organisations, competitors, government authorities, social media users or other third parties.
SL Billboards cannot control how members of the public or third parties respond to, photograph, share, interpret or use publicly visible advertising once displayed.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that any names, images, likenesses, testimonials, personal information, offers, claims or identifying details included in advertising material are authorised for public display.
13. Third-party websites and links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, advertiser websites, social media pages, payment platforms, booking platforms, mapping tools or other external services.
SL Billboards does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, services, accuracy, security, privacy practices or availability.
Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
14. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, designs, branding, layouts, graphics, photographs, videos, mockups, documents, icons, logos, website structure and downloadable material, is owned by or licensed to SL Billboards.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, transmit, commercially exploit or use any website content without prior written consent from SL Billboards.
Advertisers retain responsibility for advertising material they supply and warrant that they have the right to provide that material to SL Billboards for billboard display and related business use.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SL Billboards excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, delay, interruption or liability arising from or connected with:

16. Advertiser indemnity
By submitting advertising material to SL Billboards, the advertiser agrees that it is responsible for that material.
The advertiser agrees to indemnify SL Billboards, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, landlords, site owners and related parties against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense arising from or connected with:
* advertising material supplied by the advertiser;
* any claim that the material is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, offensive or infringing;
* breach of copyright, trade mark, privacy, image rights, moral rights or other third-party rights;
* failure to obtain necessary permissions, licences, releases, consents or approvals;
* breach of advertising standards, laws, regulations, council requirements or road safety requirements;
* any product, service, offer, claim, representation or promotion contained in the advertisement;
* any complaint, investigation, enforcement action or dispute relating to the advertisement.
17. No waiver
If SL Billboards does not enforce any right under this Legal Disclaimer, this does not mean that SL Billboards has waived that right.
SL Billboards may enforce its rights at any time.

SL Billboards may update this Legal Disclaimer from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this website with a revised effective date.
